A turtle at Padang Bai
Dive Blue Lagoon, Padang Bai and you will soon see why this site is so famous! The white sandy beach and shallow clear blue waters make this an excellent site for both snorkelers and divers. Underwater, the bright sand and healthy bommies always offer something interesting; Octopus, Eels, Crocodile Fish and Stonefish to name just a few. Head north and you can find a short but rich stretch of wall.
JEPUN TO TURTLE’S NECK
This shallow stretch of coral and rubble always seems to offer some excellent critter life; sometimes Cuttlefish, sometimes Octopus, sometimes weird and wonderful nudibranch. A small wreck has been sunk there and is now a playground for blue spotted stingrays and moray eels. One of the best sites in Bali for a Turtle encounter as well as juvenile reef sharks.
BLUE LAGOON TO TANJUNG SARI
Another shallow dive, with vibrant corals leading down to a sandy slope. With colourful reef fish, and very often bright sunlight and warm crystal clear waters, this is what tropical island diving is all about.
A shallow critter dive that is prone to low visibility and surge. A great site for the macro enthusiast, hidden beneath the pillars and trash you can find nudibranches, pipefish, frogfish, flying gurnards and much, much more!
