It was great to dive with your oraganisation.
Marvelous the boat trip to the island.
I did feel very safe with the diveguides and on the boat.
I was lucky to have the experience to see the Mola Mola and the Manta's.
For me the best dives on Bali were at your Dive center!

Hey Simon,
It was great to see such a well organized team of people. One minor (and I do mean minor) fault is the turn over of DMs. I mean, we had the same DM for 2 days and changed the third day... But other than that, Bali Scuba's running like a well oiled machine.....
It was a great experience diving with you guys, more so that we got to see the Molas (Mabel's ecstatic)....
Look forward to my next dive trip with you guys.
Would you be able to send me more info on the IDC that you guys run? Perhaps I might take it up....

I should say the dive and prior procedure was well organised.
Bonis feedback was always quick and efficient. The kids did very much enjoy the program and felt safe.
Since you have asked they felt that lunch at the school could have been better (they enjoyed the tulamben lunch)
I would like to thank your staff for doing a great job.
Cornelius was a good teacher and had a humorous side to him. Mini was also helpful during the dive.

We left Bali on Friday.
I have to say I am really glad I survived the sea sick at Tulamben and managed to complete all my skills test and requirement underwater very calmly.
I like to thank you guys for helping us complete our course. It has been really fun and informative.
We especially like to thank Pak Ketut for his patience with us. Making us doing extra review in pool on Wednesday after noon (after our Sanur training and me puking into the ocean) was really useful.
I was kind of panicking on Thurs in Tulamben as the sea was really choppy. I didn't think I could complete. He was very patience, didn't show any annoyance to me ( I was annoyed with myself!) but keep encouraging me and asking me to relax and take it easy.
He made us feel really safe and we had confidence to enjoy ourselves under water.
We also like to thank Mark for his patience with us on Tuesday. I have to say I respect him for being strict and making us doing the skill right and even though that means long day for him and made me repeat the ahhh ascend 3 times.... anyway...
I will definitely recommend Bali Scuba to any of my friends that like to pick up PADI. BUt I will certainly make them check if they get sea sick easily like me... :(
We hope to come back and dive around Amed (near Tulamben I was told) somewhere in September.
We will be in touch soon.

Hi Simon.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of all Bali Scuba employees throughout my course. From the initial email correspondence, being picked up from my hotel to completing my course.
Lunch supplied for the two days was very tasty and presented very well.
Reception at the dive centre was very friendly and easy to deal with.
Transportation was very comfortable, and the made the 2 hour journey to Tulamben very pleasant.
Equipment was in good condition and I felt very safe throughout my dive.
Boat was well set up and the Bali Scuba staff were very professional and efficient and made the day very pleasant.
Instructor was friendly and professional and provided extensive knowledge throughout the two days, I felt very safe and comfortable with him and would highly recommend him to anyone doing a course.
I was impressed with the whole set up of Bali Scuba and would highly recommend anyone going to Bali to dive to use you guys.
Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will definitely use you again when I return to Bali.

Dear Simon, i really had fun diving with you guys!! Everything was according to plan from the beginning to the end. That was the best dive site ive ever been to and i had the best instructor to guide us! That was the most relaxing dive ever because they helped me with everything. Thanks for helping us get our PADI open water license.
The course provided sufficient information for understanding and the practical in the pool provided confidence in diving in the open waters.
Sense of safety was always there - instructors did a great job.
It's a new journey for us and lots more to learn. Hope to see you soon in the Advance course (Alwin is signing up soon).

From the bottom of my heart i would like to give thanks to all staff at Bali Scuba for their hospitality when I was at the school, they are all very kind and friendly people and they rendered help whenever i needed. Also I really appreciate the teaching and guidance of my instructor Mark and Trevor during the both days with them. They really make me brush up my basic diving skills right from the beginning till the end and not forgetting the knowledge review session. They are very patient ,knowledgeable and experienced. Also would like to thank Kate and James for assisting me too. Overall I am very pleased with the safety issue throughout the course. Everything was done professionally. I enjoyed my time during the course and made me enjoy diving even more... I made the right choice in choosing Bali Scuba and will promote to my friends.

Thank you for asking about my experience and as you know via e-mail it is very easy to be frank and sincere about one's experience. There is no need to sugar coat anything. I must tell you that my whole experience with Bali Scuba was fantastic. Responded to e-mails with booking questions generally within a day and gave me all the answers to my numerous questions. The dive center was very nice, and the the vehicles for transportation to and from the hotel and dive sites were appropriate. The staff very was very helpful and respectful. The DM candidates and instructor trainees were equally pleasant and appropriate. I had a great class with Knutz (?sp) he was very informative, knowledgeable and a great instructor. He was very patient with me and my new camera letting me take as much time as I wanted to get a picture of a pygmy sea horse for my son. Overall a great experience and I have given your name (Bali scuba) out to a few of my dive buddies that are planning on making a trip to Bali. There is an instructor trainee you have, I think his name was austin, who has an incredible demeanor, calming but yet very professional who is going to make a great instructor. I told him this but please pass this along to him again.
OK, I could go on for a while but my whole diving experience with bali scuba was great and I would highly recommend you to anyone I know travelling to Bali. Please feel free to use any or all of my comments in any marketing publications or website comments page you like.

It was our pleasure. Both Yussri and myself thoroughly enjoyed the 4 dives that we did in Bali with Bali Scuba. Overall your team did an excellent job from my initial contact with Jo to our last dive with Long Deng. We def felt safe, appreciated the warm welcome and were impressed with how quickly you guys got us setup & on our way to the dive sites & back.
From 5 stars I would rate you guys at 4 - 4.5 stars. I have listed a few suggestions to take you guys from being a very good dive center to a great one.
- Dive sites. It would help if your website had some images of the dive sites or links to other sites with such images. Also pls mention the best time of year to dive at such sites with respect to the weather and special events (i.e marine migrations, mating seasons, etc.)
- Equipment. looked a tad old so we had some concerns initially. However we had no problems with the equipment during the dive.
- Dive Brief. It would help if the dive guide had a sheet with the pictures of marine life in Bali. The idea being that he shows us what we could expect to see before we dive in. This is more relevant for less experienced divers who are yet to discover the diversity of marine life. The dive centers in Perhentian Islands, Malaysia practiced this at it was very useful both before and after a dive.

Where to begin. Monika and I had a great time getting certified with Bali Scuba. We wear out t-shirts with pride. We did 2 more dives on Gili T. with Trawangen Dive. We liked the place very much. The dive masters were fine but I thank my lucky Google Stars that I found you for our certification. While these young people looked like they knew what they were teaching and talking about I felt we were "trained" at your facility. When we went out on our dives led by them, I was able to fall back on my training and understanding of diving and more importantly diving safety. As I mature I recognize dangers in these activities that I never noticed as a young person. Young people are fearless and live forever or so they think. I was happy to know how to ensure a safe and fun dive after my trainiing. Our dive master at Bali Scuba ensured that we did proper pre dive checks, buddy checks, awareness of surroundings and so much more. I don't think we will be heading back to Bali soon as it is such a long way to go and there are so many other places to explore. But I will tell anyone I know considering a warm holiday/ ceritfication dive experience to check you out. The hotel was nice too. The wreck dive remains my single best dive experience and the food at Pandang Bai was one of the best meals as well. Happy to be home in Canada and back to drinking the best tap water in the world. Thanks for your email. We really enjoyed the diving. The dive master - I'm so sorry I have forgotten his name - was excellent. Neil and Larisa and I were discussing if he may be the best we have had. He really knew the areas, he read the currents and conditions very well and adjusted the dives accordingly. He knew how to find amazing things and he quickly understood our diving ability and approach and he was very comfortable with the 3 of us keeping in sight but wandering a bit to find things and enjoy. He was very safe too.
The accomodation was appropriate.
The divemaster ensured that our kit was at the right place at the right time and enabled us to wash and dry it and then repack the morning before we flew out.
The only 2 areas for improvement, that it would be good to keep your guests more informed so they can be better prepared. For example, we had the itinerary but no one told us we would be getting in our diving gear first day on the street. This was fine but since we didn't know we had our clothes and dive gear mixed up expecting to go to our hotel first. Simply telling us that it would be useful to either have our bathing suits on or handy to change into at the restaurant since we would be changing into our diving equipment on the beach and getting onto the boat before checking into our hotel would have enabled us to pack more effectively for getting ready.
2 - is the drivers - overall they were good and we arrived safe but they should be told not to overtake on blind corners. We were safe but it really is an accident waiting to happen.
