TECHNICAL DIVE SITES

Menjangan Island has healthy coral walls which continue down to depths beyond the reach of single-tank dives. The white sand and bright sunlight makes these walls ideal places for tek dive. The walls continue down to around 60 meters, with the added bonus of the remains of a wooden shipwreck in the 40 – 50 meter range. Good marine life.

The 'Drop Off' dive site at Tulamben has been dived down to 70 meters. In fact some lucky diver may one day come across the umbilical cord of our Divemaster's first child buried down there. It has healthy corals, huge Sea Fans, and Hammerheads have been sighted there.

Another Tulamben dive site – Batu Kelebit – has healthy corals starting at around 30 meters and continuing down past 60 meters, with a wide range of marine life.

Nearly all these sites follow slopes down & back, so allowing very comfortable shallow water decompression in the warm waters (25° - 30°C) of tropical Bali.

Dive with double tanks to the deeper ends of these sites and you'll be one of the first divers to do so.
