In our purpose-built 4m (12ft) deep pool, in Sanur and in Tulamben.

Do I need to self-study first?

You’ll only be able to complete the course in the number of days mentioned here if you complete all the self-study sections of the manual before the start of your course. You can buy the manuals yourself or we can send them to you. Otherwise you can collect the manuals from us in Bali and spend a few days studying in your hotel before starting the course.

What is included in each course?

Daily lunch & soft drinks Double tanks & deco tanks Weights, belts All gas needed for the course All dives, pool & class sessions All transport from Bali Scuba to dive sites & return

  • Instructor guide (IDR 1,100,000),

What are the prerequisites to take the course?

  • Be a PADI Instructor
  • Be a Nitrox Instructor
  • Be a Deep Diver Instructor
  • Have logged at least 20 Nitrox dives, 25 dives deeper than 18m, and 15 dives deeper than 30m

After the courses are completed but before you can send your application to PADI to be certified what are the additional requirements?

  • Be an MSDT (Master Scuba Diver Trainer)
  • Have logged at least 20 staged decompression dives”

How can I log enough staged decompression dives?

You can take some or all of the staged decompression dives for just IDR 2,000,000 per day (two dives a day). This is a very special price and only available for divers taking technical diving Instructor courses here with Bali Scuba.
